On August 23, 2024, the Facultyof International Education at FTU coordinated with partners to conduct a training session for faculty and program managers of the Bachelor’s in Marketing Management, Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance, and Master’s in Business Administration joint degree programs with the University of Northampton (UK).
Participating on behalf of the partner institution was Mr. Raymond Loh – Academic Director at TMC Academy.
Representing FTU were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Ngoc Tien – Vice President; Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Dat – Vice Dean of the Faculty of International Education; and 50 faculty members teaching the Bachelor’s in Marketing Management, Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance, and Master’s in Business Administration programs, in collaboration with the University of Northampton (UK).
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Ngoc Tien – Vice President of FTU, opened the program, highlighting the reasons and necessity for this training activity.
Starting the training content, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Dat provided updates on changes to the curriculum and degree modifications in the Bachelor’s in Marketing Management program.
Following this, Mr. Raymond Loh presented information on implementing new evaluation methods in the Bachelor’s in Marketing Management, Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance, and Master’s in Business Administration programs. He also addressed faculty inquiries about the program and discussed sample exam grading from previous years.
These innovations and improvements in management, research, and teaching efforts aim to bring more valuable and quality programs to learners.
