Having 6 years took place in Vietnam, this is the first year the Closing and Award MOSWC ceremony is organized in Ha Noi, with 2 of the 3 MOS Ambassadors 2015 from universities in Hanoi region. The candidates from the South continued overwhelming with 74%, the Central was 2% and the North was 24%.

Among more than 1,500 candidates from 260 national teams participated in the competition and were selected from hundreds of thousands of students across the country, MOSWC 2015 has selected three gold medals in 3 test content: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

It was Ambassador MOS Word - Mr. Tran Minh Tien - a student of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City . He is also the only one in the competition this year hold the leading position absolutely from the National Qualifier to the National Final Round.

Ambassador MOS Excel - Mr. Pham Truong Giang - a student of Hanoi Foreign Trade University. From the position No. 43 in the Top 50 contestants of the National Qualifier to the highest ranked of Microsoft Excel content, Mr. Truong Giang was the biggest surprise of MOSWC 2015.

These excellent students will represent Vietnam to attend the World Finals Round of Dallas, Texas, USA from August 9th-12th, 2015.

In previous year, MOS Ambassador title was almost "monopolized" by the Ho Chi Minh city contestants. In 2015, for the first time the competition has 2 in 3 champion from Hanoi. The year 2015 is also the first year witnessed the involvement of 12 provincial Education and Training Departments, next to the traditional presence of the universities, colleges, vocational schools as every year.
Besides the first prize, the organizers also awarded 6 prizes to the candidates who won the second, third and 30 consolation prizes. The national Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship (MOSWC) is a playground of using office computer applications on a large scale and prestigious in the world by the Certiport Organization (USA) and it has been held in USA for 14 years.
