Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan - President of FTU delivered a speech in the final night
Giving speech at the finale, Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan – President of Foreign Trade University expressed his pleasure to be invited to the final round of this meaningful contest. With the message "Save the bottle, Shape our future," the contest seeks out green creative ideas, projects that limit the effects of plastic waste on the current and future living environment, improves the community's sense of recycling and reusing of plastic waste, then encourages students to pay more attention to environmental protection. The president affirmed that this competition become more meaningful and effective when Foreign Trade University collaborates with Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Although being orgarnized for the first time, the competition has attracted the participation of many students in many universities nationwide with 37 projects of 37 teams of students from 17 universities in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh. The President also sent thanks to Coca Cola Vietnam for sponsoring and supporting all events of the competition from the first day to the finale. In addition, He thanks teachers, cadres, staff and workers in FTU for their interest and encouragement. The president also express his gratitude towards experts, mentors of the competition, organizations, agencies, units, businesses, individuals and students - who will spread out the enthusiasm of the contest so that these projects can be applied into reality.

Throughout the two rounds of the project presentation and debate, “ Greenovation Challenge 2017” found the winning team "One more time” with the most excellent project and performance. The project aims at bringging a better understanding to the younger generation, directly impacting future behaviors through the innovative idea of "Green Lab".
The finale opens up new potential green ideas to be implemented in practice, contributing to raising awareness of community in environmental protection in the era of plastic waste.
