The lecture of the Minister was about how Vietnamese could help in the process of achieving Sustainable Development Goals in Vietnam. Sustainable Economic Development is the standard to set goals and necessary factors to develop the economy. According to that, Sustainable Development is not only the increase of GDP but also the sustainability in three factors: Economy, Society and Environment. To maintain the quick development in the long term, the increase in income must go with the increase in living conditions. The development does not necessarily have to increase too fast but in reasonable and sustainable speed. With the current position of Vietnam, to achieve this goal, we do not only need the synchronization of policy and society but also the investment in modern technology. Moreover, the policy makers have to know how to harmonize the domestic business culture with the international standard for accounting, banking and capital.
