From FTU, there were the presence of: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan - President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang - Vice President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thu Thuy - Vice President, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hien - Director of VJCC with teachers, representatives of Keieijuku club, students, enterprises.

From Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), there were the presence of: Mr. Masuda Chikahiro - Deputy Resident Representative of JICA Vietnam, Mr. Mizuno Takashi - Chief Technical Advisor of VJCC, along with the Japanese experts who involved in teaching Keieijuku programs.

Opening the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hien had introduced the mission of the Senior Business Program and that was:"Training the businessmen in order to master the Vietnam industry" with the spirit of "refinement and quality". The Keieijuku program - course 8 continues to inherit the best achievements from the previous course 7, with the strengthening of corporate governance content, from thinking, vision to the problems of the business environment, strategic management, business plan, as well as the practical and effective implementation tools for administrators.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan - President of FTU said: "The Senior Business Program - Keieijuku is the pride of the Foreign Trade University which has been becoming extremely effective bridge between the business communities of Vietnam and Japan". At the same time, he also congratulated the participants of the program who were leaders, business managers that have admitted to the Keieijuku program - course 8.

Mr. Masuda Chikahiro - Deputy Resident Representative of JICA Vietnam affirmed that over 10 years up until now, through VJCC of FTU and JICA organization has implemented the technical cooperation activities to train human resources in order to carry on the responsibility for developing Vietnam's economy. He expressed: "Through this Keieijuku program, students will acquire the methods of management in the Japanese style, and promote the central role in the industrialization of Vietnam".
