ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Bachelor of Finance and Banking with concentration on Banking is designed to provide graduates with high-level skills in
both the specialized field of banking and the general field of business and financial management. Graduates will be capable of
pursuing careers in the banking industry and a wide range of business and financial fields. The program blends a conceptual theoretical framework with practical applications and covers basic discipline materials through to more specialized banking requirements. Graduates will be well-equipped to seek employment in both private and public sector. The program provides students with the skills, knowledge and profession required by employers in the banking industry. Students will develop a range of skills and techniques in banking management at a professional level. Graduates also gain exemption from certain examinations of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
The Bachelor of Finance and Banking with concentration on Banking is designed to provide students with indepth exposure to the background necessary for entry level positions in various areas of banking and financial services. Graduates are able to handle job responsibilities in a specialized field of commercial or investment banking services as well as in the general field of business and financial management. Students can work in both public and private sectors.
