On May 10^th, 2018, Foreign Trade University (FTU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the British Council (BC) on "Strategic Partnership in English Language and Assessment Development".

On May 10^th, 2018, Foreign Trade University (FTU) was honored to welcome Ms. Cecilia Piccioni - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italian Republic in Vietnam, Prof. Dr. Andrea Prencipe - Vice President of Luiss University (Italia) and representatives of leaders of top 4 Italian companies visited and had a talk with officials, lecturers and students of FTU.

On April 23^rd, 2018, a signing ceremony of a student exchange agreement between Foreign Trade University (FTU) Uppsala University (Sweden) took place at FTU.

On April 24^th, 2018, Foreign Trade University (FTU) welcomed a delegation of experts from the Sumitomo Group to lecture with students of the University.

On April 3^rd, 2018, in the Clinical Law Room, students of the 54^th intake of Law Faculty, FTU conducted and participated in the annual Moot Court – a part of the Civil Litigation course within International Trade Law curriculum.

From 14^th to 16^th of April, 2018, the representatives of Foreign Trade University (FTU) attended the 7th Asian University Forum at Kathmandu University, Nepal.

From 9th to 14th of April, 2018, the Mathematical Olympiad team of Foreign Trade University (FTU) participated in the 26th National Mathematics Olympiad in Quang Binh University.

On the afternoon of March 29^th, 2018, Basic Sciences Faculty of Foreign Trade University (FTU) held an award ceremony for the Mathematical Olympiad at University Level 2018.

From March 21^st  to March  23^rd , 2018, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi Thu Thuy - Vice President led the delegation of Foreign Trade University to ASEAN-QA TrainIQA 2016 - 2018 Final Conference in Bangkok, Thailand , together with participants, the higher management of the 32 participating universities, alumni of former ASEAN-QA courses, the ASEAN and European project partners and experts.
