In the world, Deakin University is among the top 1% of the world's best universities and is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Prof. Jane Den Hollander affirms that FTU is one of the leading universities in the field of economics in Vietnam with great cooperation potential and a place to train high quality human resources.
At the ceremony, the Presidents of two universities signed a Memorandum of Understanding, set a milestone in the cooperative relationships between the two sides. In the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding, the two sides agreed to implement immediately the exchange of lecturers, short summer study program and doctoral training association at Foreign Trade University.
Deakin University has visited and worked at FTU to organize seminars, exchange of opportunities for cooperation in the field of student exchange, research and doctoral training.
At the signing ceremony, Prof. Jane Den Hollander - President of Deakin University committed to give special offers for the affiliate training program between two universities. The doctoral degree program between FTU and Deakin University would have the tuition fee that almost equivalent to the PhD programs in the country. The Memorandum of Understanding will be a major turning point in strengthening the existing partnership between two universities. In the near future, both sides will continue to implement specific plans and expand cooperation in various field.
