At the signing ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Tung - Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology affirmed that cooperation with Australia in the field of science and technology was the number one priority of the Ministry. He hoped the partners would share informations and experiences which promoted application of knowledge transfer into real life, transformed the research results into innovations.
