On the partner side, there were: Prof. Jun Nakauchi - President of UMDS, Prof. Masamichi Maeda, Deputy General Director of the Rector's office.

From FTU, there were the presence of: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan - President, Dr. Vu Thi Hien - Head of Department of International Cooperation, Ms. Le Thu Ha from the Department of International Cooperation of FTU

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan warmly welcomed the delegation from UMDS to visit and work with FTU. At the ceremony, FTU and UMDS introduced their training programs, students and discussed each other's strengths. The both sides signed a framework of cooperation agreement, including some of the content related to student exchanges, college and university admissions and scholarships up to 50%. They also agreed to seek and expand more areas of cooperation in the future.
