On the side of FTU, there was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan - President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang - Vice President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi Thu Thuy - Vice President, Dr. Pham Thu Huong - Head of the Department of Undergraduate Training Management together with the lecturers and students.
From Bournemouth University (UK), there was Dr. Milena Bobeva - Vice President, Dr. Alastair Morrison - International Partnership Development Manage and more than 20 staffs, lecturers and students from many faculties.
There was the participant of guests who are experienced experts in the field of human resources management in Vietnam today such as: Ms. Dang Thi Mai Trang - ICAEW Chief Representative in Vietnam, Ms. Pham Thi Hong Anh - Deputy General Director in charge of Human Resources of Ernst & Young Vietnam (EY); Mr. Nguyen Phan Nam - Senior Legal Advisor, Philip Morris Indochina.

He applauded the initiative to organize the Global Festival of Learning 2018 of Bournemouth University in Asean and celebrated the event with a variety of activities which were taking place at FTU on May 7th, 2018 to promote cooperation between two universities, enhance engagement with businesses to be more creative and better adapt to new trends in Talent Management in particular and human resources management on a global scale in general.

Dr. Milena Bobeva - Vice President of Bournemouth University was delighted to witness the exciting atmosphere of the first Global Festival of Learning that was held in Hanoi. She also gave her sincere thanks to FTU for the enthusiastic support and favorable conditions for both sides to implement these meaningful activities. She emphasized that this was a symbol and a new milestone in the cooperation between two universities toward excellence for sustainable development in international integration and competition.

The dialogue took place in an open atmosphere, in the spirit of frank exchange with high interaction, especially the expert discussion and participation of the students from FTU and Bournemouth University, after two impressive speeches on Searching, Nurturing and Managing Talent in the new context from lecturer Mark Ridolfo (Bournemouth University) and Ms. Dang Thi Mai Trang (ICAEW Vietnam).
In parallel with this discussion, lecturers and students from the two universities also had a very interesting exchange on co-creation and the risks of security and networksecurity in many areas today.
Previously, on May 06th, 2018, the lecturers and students had participated in seminars on "Innovation and Application of Modern Technology in Marketing", "Communication and Business in the World and in Vietnam".
