The ceremony was attended by Dr. Pierre Yves Turellier - Education Counselor of French Embassy, Dr. Jean-Laurent Viviani - Representative from the Rennes University, Dr. Sue Tootoonchian - Representative from the London Metropolitan University.
On the side of FTU, there was the presence of: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi Thu Thuy - Vice President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thu Thuy - Vice President, Dr. Nguyen Hai Ninh - Director of Center for International Development (CID) together with teachers, new graduates and new trainees and their parents of the two programs.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thu Thuy affirmed that FTU has always paid attention to develop affiliate training programs with international partners in the direction of integration, toward international standards. She sent her sincere thanks to parents and trainees who have always cared about the training programs of FTU, to the teachers and staffs for their contributions in teaching, to the representatives of the French embassy, to the representatives of FTU's partners. Finally, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thu Thuy also sent greetings to the new graduates and new Masters and she hoped that they would be successful in the future.

At the ceremony, Dr. Pierre Yves Turellier - Education Counselor of French Embassy expressed his respect and trust in the future of sustainable cooperation between France and Vietnam. He also did not forget to send congratulations to the new trainees of the Master of International Financial Services program (cohort 4) and believed they could achieve more success in their career in the future.

Dr. Sue Tootoonchian - Representative from the London Metropolitan University expressed her pleasure to be invited to attend these formal ceremonies and was able to witness the cooperation between the two universities. She also congratulated the new graduates of FTU - LMET program (cohort 3) and new trainees of FTU- LMET (cohort 4) and hoped that they would strive hard in the future.
Ms. Vu Mai Phuong - the representative of the new graduates of FTU - LMET program (cohort 3) gave a speech at the ceremony
On behalf of the representative of the new graduates of FTU - LMET program (cohort 3) - Ms. Vu Mai Phuong extended their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the teachers and parents who have always been teaching, providing the best study conditions for them during the past time. She promised that the graduates would continue to strive more in the future in order to not disappoint the expectations and beliefs of the family as well as the teachers.
The ceremony awarded degrees for 35 graduates of the FTU - LMET program (cohort 3), provided letters of recommendation for admissions for 20 trainees of FTU - Rennes 1 program (cohort 7) and gave scholarships to 12 outstanding trainees of the FTU - LMET program (cohort 3 & 4).
