During the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan - President of Foreign Trade University has awarded the Master of Finance certificate for graduate students, which was authorized by the University of Rennes 1.

Attending the ceremony, there were the presence of: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan - President of Foreign Trade University and the Vice Presidents of FTU: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hong; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Ngoc Son; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Tho, and the teachers in Executive Boards of the faculties and representative of some units in FTU.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan has recognized the efforts of the teachers as well as the training support of FTU and the University of Rennes 1 to implement the program successfully. He congratulated the graduate students who graduated this term and hoped that after graduating the course, the graduate students would have more opportunities to develop their careers and achieve success in the future.

Representing the graduate students, the new Master Tran Thai Ha - employee of Vietnam Russia Bank shared the feelings and thoughts of the participants involved in the process of learning at FTU. She also expressed sincere gratitude to the teachers, managers at the Center for International Development who had created the best conditions for the graduate students to be able to complete the curriculum successfully. The Course 3 graduate students highly appreciated the content and structure of Master of Finance program. They hoped that the high quality training affiliate programs such as the Master of Finance program (Treasury Management) would increasingly develope and expand to bring more learning opportunities for students in Vietnam.
The Master of Finance program (Treasury Management) by the University of Rennes 1 (French Republic) is the Master's program for students who have already have experience and knowledge in the fields of finance, banking, funds management and highly advanced applications (Professional Master program). The program was built and successfully deployed in France since 1994, and was taught in both English and French for French students and foreign students. In order to facilitate students in Vietnam to be able to approach the training programs which have international reputation while participating in work. Since the academic year 2011 - 2012, Foreign Trade University and the University of Rennes 1 was given the permission by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, have deployed admission the Master of Finance program (Treasury Management) that was taught in English and had certification by the Rennes 1 University. The program in Vietnam is a harmonious combination of theory and practice, between the Vietnam experience and international experience with the participatory teaching of Rennes 1 University's lecturers, teachers of FTU and teachers who are working in banks, financial institutions, commercial enterprises. The program was coordinated and implemented annual admission by the Center for International Development of FTU from June to September. So far, the program has attracted 125 participants. Course 5 of the program will begin opening in October 2015.
