FTU News: On March 03rd, 2016, Foreign Trade University (FTU) and Rang Dong light source & vacuum flask joint stock company (RALACO) held the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement.
From Rang Dong light source & vacuum flask joint stock company, there were the presence of: Mr. Nguyen Doan Thang - Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Ngo Ngoc Thanh – Chairman of the Board of Directors with the leaderships and staffs of the company
As for FTU, there were the presence of: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan, Party Committee Secretary, President of FTU; and teachers who were head and deputy of falcuties of FTU.
Mr. Nguyen Doan Thang - CEO of Rang Dong light source & vacuum flask joint stock company said: "The demand of improve level of business management, strategic management, improves management skill in competition, business leadership skill, management transformation skill, business analysis, forecasting and business analysis, increases the skills of workers were urgent need of Rang Dong company. The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between FTU and Rang Dong light source & vacuum flask joint stock company had helped Rang Dong company to govern and manage businesses scientifically, manage production and human resources, import and export activities, enhance the quality of human resources..."
On the side of FTU, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan - President of FTU said: "The cooperation between FTU and businesses were one of the important strategies in the development of higher education in Vietnam. In recent years, the university's leaders have strengthened the cohesion, found out new cooperation model between FTU and enterprises. FTU had signed many agreements with domestic and foreign partners. But this was the first signing ceremony between FTU and businesses in the new year and hope this new model will bring practical benefits for both sides.
The principal collaborative tenor between FTU and RALACO is to conduct the programs, research project and technology transfer, research results in reality of RALACO and FTU that the university possess the strength and the enterprise has the demand. To collaborate for the deployment of the programs, training projects according to the requests, the aim is to enhance the human source quality for the business, and contribute into actualizing the undertaking of joining the training process with practicing in real life. Through signing this agreement, Rang Dong wish to be with the officers and teachers of FTU to transfer science knowledge into vivid reality joining with manufacturing reality of the enterprise, and change the compared advantages into competitive capability to aim for participating into the global value chain, stable development in the integration period.
