On the side of FTU, there was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan - President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thu Thuy - Vice President, Assoc. Prof. Hoang Xuan Binh - Dean of In-service Training together with all the teachers who participating in the training program.

From Topica, there was the presence of experts in the field of distance learning in advanced model.

The training session is divided into 2 main parts:

Part 1 presents an overview of the learning process of distance learning students following the advanced model of enrollment, admission, opening ceremony, study, examination to graduation and alumni activities. Thereby, Topica also introduced to teacher of FTU the learning activities according to LISPECM method.

Part 2 of the training course gives teachers a more detailed view on the management and teaching of distance learning in University level follow advanced model such as: Study on a LIPE model, the work of the instructor on an online classroom, the work of school administrators, and the "demo" of the LMS online learning system. Learning in the classroom according to LIPE model, the work of lecturer on an online class, the work of university managers and demo introduction of LMS online learning system.

This training course helped teachers of FTU to gain a deeper access with a form of learning according to the advanced model, understanding the LISPECM online learning model, grasp the basic tasks of professional trainers, business advisors, student management staffs in online teaching, know the operation in the online learning system.

At the end of the training session, teachers had a very active and interesting discussions and exchanges on distance learning, promising to bring new forms and learning methods for the students.
