Participating in the ceremony, there were: Mr. Pierre-Yves Turellier - Education Counselor of French Embassy in Hanoi, Prof. Franck Moraux - Director of the Center for Economic and Management Research of the Rennes 1 University.

From FTU, there were the presence of: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang - Vice President, Dr. Nguyen Hai Ninh - Director of the Center for International Development (CID), Dr. Nguyen Viet Dung - Dean of Banking and Finance Faculty and the lecturers of the program, 19 graduated students along with their families and friends.

Dr. Nguyen Hai Ninh gave an opening speech at the ceremony, he expressed his delight at the fact that 19 students of the course had completed the entire program successfully and attended the graduation ceremony. He appreciated the cooperation of the professors and lecturers of Rennes 1 University during the course. After that, Prof. Franck Moraux delivered speech as a lecturer of the course, he highly appreciated the study results of 19 students as well as demonstrating a good impression of the relationship between the two sides.

In addition, Prof. Franck Moraux and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang on behalf of the leaders of the two universities awarded flower and diplomas to 19 students of the program in the presence of their teachers, families and friends.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang - Vice President of FTU shared her good impressions about the visit to Rennes 1 University and congratulated the new masters of the course who had received a master's degree from one of the most prestigious French universities. She recognized the learning efforts of FTU students throughout the course. In addition, she emphasized that the graduation ceremony today was not the end, but the starting point for the long journey of 19 new masters.

The French Embassy representative - Mr. Pierre-Yves Turellier affirmed that France has always focused on training and development of higher education cooperation with Vietnam. He also expressed his pride in the success of the practitioners.

Representing 19 trainees of the 5th course, Mr. Vu Xuan Thai gave sincere thanks to the administrators and lectures of the two universities,the Center for International Development as well as the families and friends who have always supported them to achieve today's results.
