Justification of professional human resource’s managers from large international corporations is one of the most precise measurements about the quality of joint training programs.

Keep in mind the value of practical aspect, the Joint Bachelor of Business Administration – Finance between Foreign Trade University and Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College had brought about the opportunity for their students to experience the job interview with Danish enterprise, with the major support from Danish Embassy in Vietnam. The Job Fair provides students with favorable circumstances to be justified and to gather their own corporation networks which open many appealing job opportunities in the future.

The joint program Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Finance cooperated between Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College, Denmark and Foreign Trade University is the very first joint bachelor program between Vietnam and Denmark. The program aims to not only deliver the in-depth knowledge to the students, but also support them to develop soft skills necessary for their post-graduation life. With that purpose, Job Fair is hold in March 2017 to prepare the students and give them the chance to get recruited before graduation in June 2017.

Job Fair is for students certified with IELTS 5.5 or above and fully qualified to graduate in June. Relying on the list of qualified students, Danish Embassy will send profiles of the corporations in the Job Fair to the students. The students can then decide which corporations they want to have interview with, and directly sign up with the Embassy.

After the justifying process, 20 qualified last-year students of the joint program Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance participated in the interviews with professional HR managers from 6 large Danish corporations in Vietnam including Esoftflow Ltd., Pixelz Ltd., Mascot International Vietnam, Danmon Asia Ltd., Jysk Ltd. and Carlsberg Ltd. from many business areas, which creates many opportunities for the students.

After the interview, students understood the standard and criteria of international corporations, as well as what would impress them, from there establishing a solid basis for the students to ready for the practical challenges in the future.

Danish corporations in the Job Fair recognized the confidence and the ability to communicate well in English of the students from the program, and therefore confirmed that students from Foreign Trade University is a valuable human resource for international corporations. This justification truly proves the high quality of the joint training program between Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College, Denmark and Foreign Trade University. The Job Fair event was very successful. Result of the interview will be sent to the students within 2 weeks after the Job Fair.
