On May 21^st, 2018, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan - President of Foreign Trade University (FTU) had a meeting and working with Mr. Li Jinyuan - the Chairman of TIENS Group cum the President of TIENS International University.

On May 17^th, 2018, the final night of "The Brainiest" 2018 took place at Foreign Trade University (FTU) with the participation of 100 contestants.

On May 18^th, 2018, there was a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between Foreign Trade University (FTU) and the British Columbia Institute of Technology (Canada) to expand the opportunities for cooperation and international standard programs for the students.

On May 12^th, 2018, The Final Competition of "Brave Marketer 2018" was organized by the Marketing Club of Foreign Trade University (FTU).

On May 14^th, 2018, EY Vietnam and ICAEW Vietnam held a scholarship awards ceremony of "Challenges for Growth 2018" for excellent students of Foreign Trade University (FTU).

On May 10^th, 2018, Foreign Trade University (FTU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the British Council (BC) on "Strategic Partnership in English Language and Assessment Development".

On May 10^th, 2018, Foreign Trade University (FTU) was honored to welcome Ms. Cecilia Piccioni - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italian Republic in Vietnam, Prof. Dr. Andrea Prencipe - Vice President of Luiss University (Italia) and representatives of leaders of top 4 Italian companies visited and had a talk with officials, lecturers and students of FTU.

On April 23^rd, 2018, a signing ceremony of a student exchange agreement between Foreign Trade University (FTU) Uppsala University (Sweden) took place at FTU.

On April 24^th, 2018, Foreign Trade University (FTU) welcomed a delegation of experts from the Sumitomo Group to lecture with students of the University.
