The Executive Trainee Program is a new career guidance model that gives students the opportunity to interact and explore different areas, careers in order to be more active and could achieve better results when they graduate.

There were the participant of: Ms. Pham Thi Hong Anh - Deputy General Director of Ernst & Young Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Van - Representative of Bournemouth University in Vietnam, Mr. Kengo Ando - Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry - former Secretary General of Japanese Business Association in Vietnam, Mr. Le Manh Phong - Director of MegaMarket/METRO Thang Long, Ms. Vu Hanh Hoa - Director of HRP Company, Ms. Nguyen Khanh Linh - Marketing Director of Uber Company, Ms. Tran Thi Lan Anh - Human Resource Manager of Kuehne + Nagel Company, Ms. Vu Le Huong - Business Development Manager of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales ICAEW) and representatives from SOTRANS, INDEC, 247 Vietnam Visa... together with more than 200 students of FTU.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang - Vice President of FTU delivered a speech at the Executive Trainee Program
On behalf of the Board of Management, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang has emphasized the policy of FTU to combine training with practicability and towards comprehensive cooperation with partners, enterprises and organizations in all aspects.
Along with the implementation of the Education Accreditation of the university, the faculty's ideas, models and career guidances would be the most practical contribution to improve the quality of training as well as the adaptability of graduated students of FTU in the labor market.
The Faculty of Economics and International Business introduced the most prominent features of the Executive Trainee Program such as: the chain of career guidances with attractive subjects; evaluate and periodic reviews from candidates who join the program under the mentoring model 1 + 1 + 1 (student + mentor is the trainer + mentor is the specialist from the business).
The experts, faculty leaders and teachers also exchanged and answered many questions of students in order to clarify the characteristics of openness, community, integration, responsibility and voluntary commitment of the model.
Next, attendees took part in the 1st career seminar of the Executive Trainee Program entitled "The Age of 20". In addition, three of the four speakers were the faculty alumni: Mr. Pham Khanh Hoa (WISAMI project), Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Trang (Director of Domino English Center, author of the book "Find a way at the age of 20"), Mr. Luong Trung Tien (Science education project on Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (STEM) lab, who has just won award- winning in start-up technology of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2016 and Ms. Pham Thi Hong Anh - Deputy General Director in charge of Administration and Human Resources of Ernst & Young Vietnam. Therefore, the stories and journeys of each speaker were all sent the messages of highlighting the efforts, enthusiasm, integrity, ability to adapt to any situation of the students. Moreover, it could helped the students to identify themselves and the future path in an positive and optimistic way.
